the biodegradable option
Our Square Drums are made of 100% mono-material Kraftliner. This is a sturdy, high-quality type of paper, produced from long fibers of coniferous wood. Kraftliner is therefore a biodegradable material and thus forms a suitable alternative to traditional plastic drums. Because Kraftliner comes from replanted trees, our Square Drums are also CO₂-neutral and made from FSC-certified raw materials.
European regulations
Biodegradable packaging is not only a sustainable choice, but also aligns with European directives. Think of the PPWR and the requirements from the Green Deal, which stimulate the use of compostable and bio-based materials.
